HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET A BLOWOUT?
You should expect the blowout to take about 45 minutes. Note: Please let us know ahead of time if you have
thick, long hair or extensions. This will allow us to give you extra time if necessary.
CAN YOU WORK WITH BONDED HAIR EXTENSIONS?
Rest easy knowing that all of our Stylists have completed GLAMBAR ACADEMY, which ensures they have
been trained to handle bonded extensions with the utmost care. However, please note that GLAMBAR is
not liable for any loose or damaged extensions after undergoing services at our salon.
HOW MUCH DOES A BRAID COST?
Our braids start at $5, and then they go up from there. Ask about custom braid quotes.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
We must be notified of cancellations at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
A $20 fee will be charged for appointments cancelled within 24 hours.
If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full price.
WHAT IS THE LATE POLICY?
We understand things happen. For this reason, we permit appointments to have a 10-minute grace period.
For anything beyond 15 minutes late, and no call, you will be charged full price. We will do our best to still fit
you in but can not guarantee your spot. If you call and are over 10 min late, you will be charged the $20
cancelation fee.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY FOR THE PRODUCTS I ORDERED?
Are the products new and unused? These may be returned within 1 weeks from the date purchased for a credit or exchange. Any clothing purchased may only be exchanged for another size if tags are still attached. There are no returns on Cosmetics.
Have they been opened or used? Unfortunately, we cannot accept these items for returns.
